中文摘要 广东潮州市潮安区具有丰富的竹资源，竹文化历史悠久，发展潜力巨大。文章在深入调研的基础上，分析了潮安竹资源储量、资源分布情况以及竹加工、竹文旅等产业发展现状，指出潮安竹产业发展存在着竹资源经营水平不高、竹加工企业少且产能低、竹文旅产业亟待融合等问题，提出潮安加快竹产业发展应重点发展竹资源培育、建立竹材仓储基地、扶持竹基建材企业、建设现代竹产业园、发展竹文旅产业等领域，并从政策、科技、组织和人才等方面给出了建议的保障措施。研究结果有助于潮安竹产业资本、技术、资源要素进行跨界集约化配置，对竹林培育、竹材加工、竹文旅等一二三产业融合发展，具有重要意义。

英文摘要 Chao'an District of Chaozhou City in Guangdong Province,which is rich in bamboo resources and long in the history of bamboo culture,has great potential for bamboo industry development.On the basis of in-depth investigations,this paper analyzes the volume and distribution of bamboo resources as well as the development status of the industries such as bamboo processing and bamboo culture tourism.It is found that the bamboo industry in Chao'an District is challenged in its development by poor bamboo resources management,few bamboo processing enterprises but with low production capacity,and the lack of integration between bamboo culture and bamboo tourism.It is suggested that Chao'an District should put the focus on bamboo resources cultivation,bamboo timber storage bases construction,supports to bamboo-based construction materials enterprises,construction of industrial parks,development of bamboo cultural tourism industry.The implementing measures are also proposed from the perspectives of policy,science and technology,organization and talents.The results would be conducive to the coordinated deployment of capital,technology and resource elements for the bamboo industry in Chao'an District,and would be of great significance for the integrated development of the whole industry chain covering bamboo cultivation,bamboo processing and bamboo cultural tourism.
