英文摘要 Current situation on research and industrial technology of wood preservation in China are reviewed. Some suggestions on research and development of wood preservation for decay and sap-stain control as well as fire retardant are put forward, such as the applications of high efficient and environmental friendly preser vatives and non-hygroscopic fire retardant should be promoted in China. The potential application of wood preser vation in China, for example, for house building, is also evaluated.
