英文摘要 The international communities tried their best to alleviate the global warming.All of countries took part in the forestry carbon sequestration projects.The ways of fund collection were analyzed based on the current development of carbon fund in domestic and foreign countries,and the countermeasures were put forward to promote the development of the Green Carbon Fund.
