中文摘要 竹林具有强大的固碳增汇能力,竹林碳汇开发对我国实现“双碳”目标具有重要意义。广东省竹林面积、竹林蓄积量、竹林碳储量均居于全国前列,竹林碳汇开发的需求和市场潜力巨大。文章在分析广东省竹林资源现状的基础上,阐述了广东省开发竹林碳汇可以采取的方式与路径,并提出对策。在全球倡导节能减碳、中国核证自愿减排量(CCER)项目尚未重新启动的情况下,建议广东省可以采取竹林集约经营管理、拓展区域性竹林碳汇交易市场、优化竹林碳汇开发门槛、明晰竹林权属关系、丰富竹林碳汇交易主体、开发竹林碳汇金融产品等对策促进竹林碳汇产业发展。

英文摘要 Bamboo forests have a strong capacity in carbon sequestration, and developing bamboo forest carbon sinks is of great significance for China to realize the “dual carbon goals”. Guangdong is among the national top in bamboo forest area, bamboo forest stock, and bamboo forest carbon stock, and there is huge demand for and market potentials in bamboo forest carbon sink development. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of bamboo forest resources in Guangdong province, the paper elaborates on the ways and paths that Guangdong province can follow to develop bamboo forest carbon sinks, and proposes corresponding countermeasures. In the context that the international community advocates energy saving and emission reduction, and Chinese Certified Emission Reduction (CCER) program has not yet been restarted, it is suggested that Guangdong province could take measures to promote the development of bamboo forest carbon sink industry by promoting the intensive management of bamboo forests, expanding the regional carbon trading market for bamboo forests, optimizing the threshold of bamboo forest carbon sinks development, clarifying the tenure of bamboo forests, increasing the number and types of entities engaging the trading of bamboo forest carbon, and developing financial products for bamboo forest carbon sinks.
