中文摘要 科技资源科普化是科普工作的题中之义。文中结合林草事业的基本特征及其时代使命,简析林草科技资源科普化的时代特征;围绕林草科技体系,从林草科技队伍、科研设施、科技成果、科研项目,以及非政府组织等方面,分析林草科技资源科普化所面临的困难;在此基础上,提出了加强林草科技资源科普化的措施:统筹构建林草科技资源科普化体系、加强科普人力资源队伍建设、促进和激励科技基础设施科普化、推动科技成果推广的科普化过程、促进科普资源共享和管理、鼓励特色林草科技资源科普研创和科普产业化,以及重视国际性林草科技资源的科普化。

英文摘要 To make sci-tech resources popularized is the basis of science popularization. With an eye to the basic characteristics and new mission of forestry and grassland sector, this paper briefly analyzes the characteristics of forest/grassland science. Centering on the sci-tech system of forestry and grassland, it also analyzes the problems arising in the popularization of forest/grassland sci-tech resources in terms of forest/grassland science team setup, science research facilities, science research achievements and non-governmental organizations. The paper puts forth the measures for strengthening the popularization of forest/grassland sci-tech resources, from the aspects of coordinating the construction of forest/grassland science popularization system, strengthening the human resources development for science popularization, boosting and encouraging the science and technology infrastructure to be used for science popularization, promoting the science popularization process of scientific and technological achievements, promoting the sharing and management of science popularization resources, encouraging and innovating the research and the industrialization of science popularization for characteristic forest/grassland sci-tech resources, paying attention to the science popularization of international forest/grassland sci-technology resources.
