中文摘要 针对城镇生态环境破碎化的问题,通过整合区域自然资源、构建城镇生态网络,可增加生态斑块连通性,促进区域生态可持续发展。文章选取北京市张山营镇作为研究对象,运用形态学空间格局和最小累积阻力分析,结合生态敏感性分析评估,构建点-线-面结构的生态网络。结果表明:1)张山营镇南部生态斑块数目较少,与北部山区的生态连通性较为割裂,呈断层情况。2)张山营镇北部山区生态敏感性极高,分布松山国家级自然保护区、海坨山等重要生态保护节点,应遵守相关保护规定,进行保护保育,开展适当游憩;南部沿妫水河一带生态敏感度较高,但生态斑块破碎,应注重生态连通性的构建。3)张山营镇生态网络景观连接度的最优绩效距离为20000 m。在此基础上提出优化提升方向:提出生态修复落实性点位,分区匹配不同程度的生态修复手段;构建的生态网络体系应运用于后续的镇域生态发展规划中。研究结果对张山营镇生态规划设计具有指导作用和实践价值,同时也对其他城镇的生态空间规划提供参考与借鉴。

英文标题 Ecological Network Planning for Zhangshanying Town in Beijing Based on Morphological Spatial Pattern and Minimum Cumulative Resistance Analysis

英文摘要 To address the fragmentation of urban ecological environment, ecological network of town should be established by integrating regional natural resources to increase the connectivity of ecological patches and promote the sustainable development of regional ecological environment. The study selects Zhangshanying Town in Beijing to build the ecological network of point-line-plane structure using the morphological spatial pattern and the minimum cumulative resistance analysis and based on ecological sensitivity analysis and assessment. The results show that:1) the number of ecological patches in the southern part of Zhangshanying Town is relatively small, and its ecological connectivity with the northern mountainous area is relatively fragmented and broken; 2) The ecological sensitivity is extremely high at the mountainous area located in the northwest of Zhangshanying Town, where there are important ecological protection nodes such as Songshan National Nature Reserve and Haitou Mountain, and their protection and conservation should comply with the protection related regulations for ensuring appropriate recreation. In the south, the ecological sensitivity is high in the area along the Guishui River, where the ecological patches are however fragmented, and therefore it is imperative to emphasize the ecological connectivity; and 3) The optimal performance distance for the landscape connectivity is 20 000 m for the ecological network of Zhangshanying Town. On this basis, the authors propose the direction for future optimization and improvement. The points for implementing ecological restoration should be presented and then the ecological restoration means, which can match the points to different extents, should be identified. The established ecological network system should be applied to the subsequent ecological development planning of the town. The study is of guiding and practical value for the ecological planning and design for Zhangshanying Town, and also provide references for the ecological spatial planning of other towns.
