中文摘要 中国是世界上最大的花卉生产基地、重要的花卉消费国和进出口贸易国，花卉认证的潜在需求不断增长，发展花卉认证已成为未来的必然趋势。文中介绍国际上的主要花卉认证体系，回顾中国花卉认证的发展历程，分析我国开展花卉认证的必要性和制约因素，并结合花卉产业发展需求和发展目标提出相关建议。

英文摘要 China is the largest floral production base, an important floral consumer and import-export trader. With the constant growing demand for flower certification, developing flower certification will be an inevitable trend in the future. This paper introduces the recognized international flower certification systems, reviews the development history of China’s flower certification, analyzes the necessity and restrictive factors of flower certification development in China. The suggestions on the flower certification development are proposed with an eye with the development needs and development goals of the flower industry in China.
