中文摘要 为建立科学的城市绿色开放空间公平性模型，明确公平性评价指标，文章以海口市中心城区为研究对象，构建城市绿色开放空间公平供给评价模型，从机会均等、空间可达、供需关系、景观公正4个方面进行公平性评价。结果表明：海口城市绿色开放空间公平性有待提高；服务范围覆盖率和可达性存在空间分异现象，沿海沿江地区的公平性高于离海地区；所有出行方式下均存在服务盲区；城市绿色开放空间公平性与社会经济水平之间存在显著正相关关系。根据评价结果，提出以下建议：1）建立有效的公众建议反馈机制，优化资源配置；2）结合人口比例调整城市绿色开放空间数量，结合城市更新、社区改造、附属绿地公共化等方式见缝插绿；3）优化公共交通网络，鼓励公共交通出行，提升公共交通分担率。

英文摘要 In order to establish a science-based fairness model of urban green open space and clarify the evaluation index of equity, this paper takes the downtown area of Haikou City as the research object to construct an evaluation model of fair supply of urban green open space and evaluate the equity from four aspects of equal opportunity, spatial accessibility, supply and demand relationship, and landscape justice. The results show that the equity of green open space in Haikou City needs to be improved, There is spatial differentiation in the coverage and accessibility of green open space service, and the equity in coastal and riparian areas is higher than that in offshore areas. There are service blind spots in all modes of travel, and there is a significant positive correlation between the equity of urban green open spaces and socio-economic levels. According to the evaluation results, the following suggestions are put forward:1) To establish an effective feedback mechanism for public suggestions and optimize the allocation of resources; 2) To adjust the number of urban green open spaces in combination with the proportion of population, and add the green space through urban renewal, community transformation, and the publicization of internal green spaces of organizations; and 3) To optimize the public transportation network, encourage public transportation travel, and increase the sharing rate of public transportation.
