中文摘要 遗传多样性是生物保持和发展的前提,是生物多样性的基础和核心。文中对植物遗传多样性的涵义和检测方法进行了概述,认为各种水平的遗传多样性检测方法在特定的研究领域、研究对象中都有不可替代的作用。但目前任何一种方法都不是万能的,即使DNA水平上的分析也一样,尽管在某些方面有突出的优点,但仍离不开形态学、细胞学和等位酶等其他方面的印证,它们之间是互相补充的。

英文摘要 Genetic diversity is the foundation of adaptation and evolution of any creatures.The definition and detective methods of genetic diversity were reviewed in this paper.It indicated that these various genetic diversity measuring methods are unreplaceable.By far,any method including DNA analysis which has some advantages in some way has not been omnipotent,it is complementary with other materials about morphology,cytology and allozymes,etc.
