中文摘要 根据洛阳城市特点及其城市发展过程中对城市林业的多面需求,分析洛阳城市森林建设的布局依据及布局原则;根据其地貌差异、森林资源现状以及人类活动强度的变化情况,在此布局依据与布局原则下分别从整个市域及城近郊区2个尺度对洛阳城市森林建设进行布局和建设。根据对洛阳市域范围与林业发展主要相关要素的综合分析,提出了洛阳市市域尺度三区三带一城九极多点的林业发展总体布局框架,并根据洛阳市市区所处的自然环境特点及城市规划等相关资料总结出一环四岸四楔多核的洛阳市城近郊区城市森林建设布局。

英文摘要 In this paper, based on the features of Luoyang City as well as the multiple demands for urban forest during urban development, the basis and principles of layout design for urban forest development in Luoyang were analyzed. According to the landform difference, the distribution of forest resources and the intensity of human activities, we designed and began the urban forest building at two space scales, i. e., the urban scale and the suburban scale, in accordance with the basis and principles of layout. The master layout framework for forestry development at Luoyang urban scale was proposed as three regions, three belts, one city and nine counties, in light of the integrated analyses of main factors affecting forestry development at the scale. And then, the urban forest development layout for suburban areas was summarized as one ring, four riversides, four urban forest parks and multiple centerpieces in line with the characteristics of natural environment and urban planning and other documents.
